Türkiye has once again expressed its readiness to facilitate peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, as confirmed by Yuri Ushakov, a foreign policy aide to the Kremlin. Ushakov, speaking in Kazan, noted that Turkish officials have reiterated their offer to host negotiations aimed at resolving the prolonged conflict in Ukraine.
